What the Customer wanted

Eastern Premier Hotel offers 3-Star comfortable accommodation in a stylish and sophisticated facility situated in Koforidua in the Eastern Region of Ghana. The hotel needed a welcoming fresh new web design to replace what they had. The hotel needed a modern responsive website that could  allow visitors to make hotel bookings online. The website should allow visitors to make inquiries directly and also portray the hotel’s facilities visually and the services the hotel offers. They also needed corporate emails for the hotel and its employees. 

Proposed Solution

After the needs and requirements were taken, SCYNETT researched and conceptualized the solution to their needs and requirements. SCYNETT decided to provide Eastern Premier Hotel with a fresh modern web design that is simple to navigate. In addition, we included our website hosting service to the package. It would also incorporate the hotel’s color palette, allow visitors to review the rooms, and integrate an app to make direct bookings of rooms via the website possible. Visitors to the website would also be able to make inquiries directly through the website.  

The website would also show professional pictures (taken by SCYNETT) of the hotel’s facilities. A short marketing video would also be made for the hotel to portray the facilities of the hotel and to serve as a marketing tool to communicate the facilities of the hotel to prospects via the website and social media platforms. Corporate  email accounts would also be created for the hotel and its employees. 

Results

SCYNETT provided Eastern Premier Hotel with a fresh modern web design which is simple to navigate and the website was hosted by SCYNETT as well. The website incorporates the hotel’s colour palette, allows visitors to review the rooms and make direct booking of rooms via the website. Visitors to the website were also able to make inquiries directly through the website. The website showed professional pictures of the hotel’s facilities. 

 A short marketing video was made for the hotel to portray the facilities of the hotel and to serve as a marketing strategy to communicate the facilities of the hotel to prospects via the website and social media platforms. Corporate  email accounts were also created for the hotel and its employees.
